One year ago, I had difficulty climbing the stairs at work (22 steps),
this is after each client (I have 10 to 12 clients a day).
It was difficult for me because I was overweight and in poor shape.
After joining Boot Camp with Mike, I can run up those same steps and feel good, not out of breath. I love the energy.
I will be 61 soon, and since being with Mike I feel that they made a mistake on my birth certificate. I am able to keep up with the women in Boot Camp, who are much younger. I owe it all to Mike, his terrific personality and his kickass workout (never boring and push when you need pushing)
What you want to accomplish in your life will be hard work,
so why not make it fun, not a punishment.
