The first thing that caught my attention was that it looked like a fun way to stay in shape. My weight had crept up a bit, and I was starting to feel it. I am pretty active but i wasn`t seeing any difference in my weight or fitness level. At Energy i got results!

My eating and meal plans have improved drastically. I like the time Mike takes to answer questions and personal challenges and tailors it to our personal goals and needs.the services have been very beneficial to my overall life, shopping and food prep much easier, I am no longer indecisive or intimidated by the tasks. I learned to schedule my time more efficiently and effectively.

I've lost weight, lost inches around my waist and I have a lot more strength then before i did boot camp. The benefits I got from boot camp are with the meal plan I am able to balance my meals better rather then eating randomly and I make much better choices because I realize how easy it is to make good choices.
I like the fact that there are different time slots that work for everyone and that each day is a new work out. It helped me get good exercise, learn different ways to exercise and how to eat better.
I think anyone who is self conscious about their body would benefit, I also think anyone who is willing to put in the full effort to lose weight, and tone will benefit from boot camp.
